Describing the fog

This is something that I wrote in my car yesterday afternoon before driving from my first job to my second. I was still feeling a bit foggy. "When the clouds roll in, it makes me fearful. Afraid that the clarity won't return soon. Afraid to face a new "normal, that is somehow less than I was before I entered the fog". Today is a much better day. I feel more like myself.
