Feeling like my brain is processing slowly

Today, when I was working at the register at a retail store, I felt like there were times when I was pausing for a moment in the middle of a transaction. It was almost like my brain is processing very slow. I'm usually a very fast cashier, quick at scanning, bagging and handling the money to finish the transaction. I definitely noticed that my brain wasn't functioning right.
