It is so strange how my cognition can work sometimes. I can set up my new laptop and even my email on my own and so far, no problems. But there are times when I look at a tube of Chap stick and know what it is for, but I can only call it “lip stuff” because I can't think of the real word. Then there are times when I can take the cover off the Chap stick, but not know how to get the stuff to the top. Luckily, a short time later, I can usually figure it out. I'm so glad that this doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it is still very frustrating for me!
