Ways to reduce my stress

I know that there are several ways that I try to reduce my stress. One of them is to listen to music. I especially love to listen to 70's music. In thinking about why this relaxes me. I think that is because this is the music that I grew up with. This music can take me to a different place and time and I can usually remember all of the words to each song. Sometimes I can even remember the artist, title of the song and even the approximate year that it was released. I can't do that with songs that are more recent. I guess that it reminds me of what I can still remember and not what I’ve forgotten.


Another thing that will reduce my stress is to take long walks. I live in a very small town and one of my favorite walks is to go by some farms that are nearby. I just love seeing the horses, cows and sheep. It is so relaxing for me. Sometimes I go to a local dog park and walk on the paths in the woods. It is so quiet and calming for me.
