The frustration with learning how to use my new cell phone

Yesterday, I bought a new pre-paid cell phone. Please tell me there is a reasonable explanation as to why there is no owner’s manual included with all this stupid paperwork! I don't have a clue how to use this phone. It is flat, keyboard and not a flip phone. I don't have any clue as to what to do with this this. The only thing that I figured out so far was how to charge it. Oh my! This is so darn frustrating! I decided to go online and I did a search for the owner's manual. Luckily, I was able to download it onto my laptop. I'm so happy that I was able to figure out how to get this manual. Now I can work on learning about this new cell phone. This will certainly be an adventure because it does take me a while to learn something new.
