A Foggy Day

I was working at school making some copies for one of the teachers. As I was doing this, I could feel like my brain was becoming foggy. It was taking me a lot longer to line up the pages on the copier of the book. I also had to be sure that I was copying the correct pages. Luckily, I caught myself when I copied several of the wrong pages. I know that this is probably because I work too many hours. I just wish that I only had to work one job in order to support myself because I really think that I would function much better.

Unfortunately, this fog continued into my shift working as a cashier at a retail store. It felt like it was taking me a lot longer to count out the money to give back to my customers. I was very aware that this involved much more thinking during my shift. I was so happy when my shift was over!
