Was I in the fog last night?

Last night I was talking to my friend on the phone. Today she called and asked me if I remembered what we talked about last night and I said that I thought that I did remember. She asked me if I thought that I might have been foggy last night. I told her that I didn't really know. She said that when we were talking, it would take me longer to respond to her. I told her that I probably must have been in the fog last night but I was unaware of it. She said that she called me today to see if I was okay. I thanked her for checking in on me. I told her that things seem good today.
