Why did I buy so many bottles of deicer?

In my hallway closet, I have about six bottles of deicer. One day, my friend asked me why I had so many. I told her that I forgot that I had them, so I just bought more. I guess that I'll have enough deicer for the next five years. Today, I did two loads of laundry and so far, no problems using the washer. I'm so happy for this day of clarity!
