My case manager at school not knowing about my diagnosis

One day this week while I was working at school, my case manager asked me if I could get something that she sent to the color printer. I told her that I didn't really know where the color printer was. She said, "Oh forget it!" Then I thought for a moment and I asked her the right questions and I was able to figure it out. But when I got there, it hadn't printed what she wanted.
Later that day, I told a good friend what happened and she said, " It doesn't sound like your case manager has much patience!" I told her that she didn't know about my diagnosis and she said that I needed to tell her. I told her that because I usually do well and am still able to work two jobs, I choose who I tell and who I don't. I'm working in a different grade, so that is why she doesn't know. I don't feel that it is necessary because I'm working in kindergarten and things are going very well. I also haven't told the teacher who I'm working with. I feel that right now I have the luxury of who I tell about my diagnosis. I really don't think that choice should be taken away from me at this time, so I will just continue doing what I do. I just don't want people to treat me any different if they know about my diagnosis. I'm still me and I want things to remain that way as long as I'm doing well!
