Dealing with my memory problems at both jobs

Yesterday I went back to work at both of my jobs after being on vacation for one week. When this happens, there are usually challenges at both jobs that I have to deal with. I have trouble remembering a lot of the produce codes which should be in my long term memory since I’ve been working there for almost 6 years. I just need to hang in there & stay strong when it happens. It usually will take a few shifts or up to a week, for it to all come back to me.

At my school job, I might forget student's names, my schedule & just overall forgetting things that before vacation I really didn't have a problem with. It will usually take me up to a week after vacation to get used to everything again. ©Cheryl Stevenson
