Where did I put my cell phone?

Last night after working both of my jobs, I bought a few things at work. After checking out at the register, I took my cell phone, which was in the case and I moved it. It only took me a few minutes to get to my vehicle, but I had forgotten where I put my cell phone!

I started thinking and looking for my cell phone. Did I put it in my lunchbox, or perhaps it was in the store bag that held the things that I just bought, or was it in a blue bag that I took to work with me at my second job? I checked inside my lunchbox and it was not there, so I checked both bags and I was able to find it.

I know that this has happened before because I remember it happening. It just frustrates me so much when this happens! How could I forget something so quickly? I just wanted to slap myself! I hate when I feel stupid!

When I got home from work, I was talking on the phone with a friend. I telling her about what happened. She said that I couldn't slap myself. She said that I just need to write more things down to help me remember. Sometimes that doesn’t seem to work because I just forget the words before I can write them down. There are also times when I lose the notes that I write.

I’m also having a really hard time using social media since they changed the format. I know that they have made changes before and I remember that it wasn’t as difficult for me to handle. One day I accidentally left a social media group! I couldn't believe that I had done that! I panicked and then I messaged one of the other administrators and she got me added back into the group. Change is usually very difficult for me, so I just wished they’d leave social media alone! I wish that this support group had their own web site, so this would not happen!

I don't own a smart phone, but I do have a pre-paid phone. I think that there is an option to type notes on it, but I have no clue how to do that. Perhaps one day, I will be able to figure it out.
