(Chapter 3 Memory Problems in my book)

On December 8, 2014, I had left shoulder surgery and I'm still out of work. I am going to physical therapy three times a week and it has been a very slow process. One of the challenges that I'm having is because I have a memory impairment. I often forget and use my left arm until it hurts. I don't really know how to prevent this from happening! Sometimes I will be in pain and I won't even think to get the ice pack and put it on.
