Is this the fog?

(Chapter 9 The Fog in my book)

I am feeling strange but I can't really explain it more. This must be how I feel before the fog invades my life! I don't feel like myself but I am not sick. I think that this only lasted a short time and then I was fine. Then I felt like myself again. I went food shopping and everything was fine. No fog! I was so thankful.
