(Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment in my book)

I know that I have always loved to color. As a child I enjoyed it and as a Mom I would color with my children when they were growing up. Now I color with colorful pencils and it is very relaxing to do so. It will usually lower my stress. Today might have been an exception, but while I was coloring I kind of got lost in the design. It took me a while to figure out what spaces should be what colors. The design crossed over itself a few times and I think that is what was confusing for me. I wanted the design to be the same on each side, but in order to do that I had to follow each space carefully. I will need to keep this in mind the next time that I buy a new coloring book. It needs to be a book with pages that do not have a complicated, intricate design. It needs to be simpler than that because otherwise I might not be able to finish some of the pages. That will only cause me to become frustrated!
