Challenges with my memory

(Chapter 3 Memory Problems in my book)

All I can say is that it is very frustrating when I can't remember something, especially only a one minute or only a few seconds later! This past weekend, I made some homemade apple butter. My challenge with doing this is when the apple butter is done and I'm ready to write apple butter and the date on a label to put on the jar lid, I can't remember the date. I have to keep looking at a calendar. Sometimes I have trouble keeping it in my brain long enough to write it down before I forget it. Luckily, once I get it written on one label, I can copy it so that I don't have to worry about remembering the date.
