Problems with saying the correct word

(Chapter 4 Finding the Humor in my book)

Recently, I noticed that I still have trouble with word retrieval, but now the wrong word will sometimes come out. For example, last night I tried to say “Bed and Breakfast”, but instead I said, “Bread and Beckfast”. My friend and I just had to laugh! I think that it took me a few times before I could say it right. This is very weird. Just another thing that I have to learn how to deal with.
