Having problems using lip balm
I must be having some fog in my brain. I pick up a tube of lip balm on my table. I can take the cover off and see the lip balm inside, but I'm very confused. I know that this goes on my lips but right now I can’t think of the word. Right now, I have no idea how to get it up to the top. It’s as if at this moment, I can’t find this information in my brain. Since I want to put some on my lips, I just take a paring knife and put it inside and get some of the lip stuff on the knife. Then I'm able to put it on my lips. For now, I'm not really going to stress out about this. While this is happening, I'm very aware that I should know how to use this simple item. Hopefully, the fog will clear later and I will be able to figure this all out. No worries. Later this same evening, I was able to remember how to turn the bottom to move the lip balm to the top. I'm so glad that I was able to figure it out.
For the time being, this doesn’t seem to be too consistent, which means that minutes, hours or days later, I will probably know that it is called lip balm and I will be able to use it the correct way without even giving it much thought. Then suddenly I will not know how to use it or know its name.
