Word finding problems

(Chapter 16 The Many Problems with Words in my book)

When I'm having trouble finding a word that I want to use, I describe it as if someone messed with the filing system in my brain, making it difficult for me to find familiar words. If I'm talking to someone and they are not patient, it just makes me feel twice as bad! Sometimes I am my own worst enemy. I can have lots of patience for everyone else, but sometimes not much for me.
