My challenges with filling out papers

(Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment in my book)

Most of the time, I have great difficulty filling out papers. It is just too much text for me to deal with. It will usually take me awhile to complete it, because I can only do a little at a time. Then there are the challenges with my comprehension and that just slows down the process even more.
