Texting can be confusing for me

(Chapter 8 Confused in my book)

I realize that sometimes texting is very difficult for me to figure out what is happening in the conversation. I would much rather talk to someone rather than text. The texting can become confusing for me to deal with! I also have difficulty understanding the little pictures. I think that this is happening because I don't really know any of the abbreviations that are used in texting. I just type all the words out.
