(Chapter 9 The Fog in my book)

When I was in a long-term relationship for almost five years, there were times when I didn't know who he was. All I knew was that he loved me but that was confusing for me since I really didn't know who he was. Luckily it didn't happen too often, but when it did, it was very upsetting for both of us. After I was out of the “fog” I was able to think about what happened. I think that because I don’t have dementia, I didn’t think that I would ever forget or not recognize someone who I love.
