I wonder if anyone else has challenges reading text that is in all capitals

I know that before I was diagnosed with MCI or had any symptoms that this wasn't a problem. For quite a few years now, when I see text all in capitals, I have a difficult time reading it. Sometimes I'm unable to read the text because of all the capital letters. If it is on social media, I will just scroll by. It takes way too much effort for me to try to figure out what the words are and it just stresses me out! It is just not something that is that important that I have to worry about.

I think that when text is all in capitals, I can't make out the different letters, because they are all tall. I think that I need the different heights in order to be able to read the text.
