You need to let them know that you need to talk to them. They need to understand that you can't help how your brain is functioning. Let them know how much you really need their support, help and understanding, rather than them adding more stress to your life. They need to make these changes in order to make life easier for you and there really isn't a choice! You need to also continue to educate them about what it is like for you. Let them know how much you appreciate their love and support!
