(Chapter 11 Stress and Anxiety in my book)
I think that before mild cognitive impairment, I didn't really have any problems with anxiety. Now anxiety can arrive if I'm in the fog or having trouble finding a word in my brain. It can also happen if I'm trying to remember someone who I know that I should remember. Sometimes just dealing with the daily symptoms of living with a memory impairment can cause me anxiety.
