(Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)

When dealing with the symptoms of mild cognitive impairment, please try to have a lot of patience with yourself. The reason that I say this is because I know I can get easily frustrated when my brain is not working right. If you are too frustrated trying to do something, perhaps it is better to wait and try again later. Sometimes if you wait, your brain will be functioning better. I think that is better than adding stress and frustration to your life.
