Update on babysitting my 2 ½ month old twin granddaughters

(Chapter 23 Living with a memory impairment and being a Nana in my book)

Today I went to my daughter's house to babysit Ava. All went well while my daughter was getting ready to go out. She said that there were bottles already made in the refrigerator but that she thought that she might be back before the next feeding. Before she left, she said that I could text her if I needed her and I said okay. I had no problem taking care of Ava while my daughter took Ellie to an appointment. Although it seemed very strange for me to just have one baby.

Hopefully as time goes on, my daughter will become more comfortable with me taking care of the twins. Right now, I will be happy with babysitting them for even short periods of time. I treasure every moment with my granddaughters. I will treasure every moment with them!
