Why am I crying?

(Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment in my book)

I know that there are times when I cry and I have no idea why it is happening! I refer to them as "meltdowns". I think that the crying spells are related to my MCI. I wish that I knew why this is happening! I think before mild cognitive impairment, I always knew why I was crying.
