Having problems reading text in all capital letters

I'm not sure how long this has been happening but when I'm on social media reading posts, if a post is in all capitals, I have to scroll by without reading it. The reason that I do this is because it is too challenging for me to read it, so it is better to scroll by the post rather than get frustrated or stressed. I have tried to read posts in all capitals and it takes me so much longer to read the text that it is way too much work for my brain. Sometimes it is not just challenging for me to read text in all capitals but impossible for me to do so. Most of my problems in reading text is with everything in all capitals. It just drives my brain crazy trying to figure out the letters. I am pretty certain that before Mild Cognitive Impairment entered my life, that this was not a problem for me. Sometimes I also struggle with reading cursive and telling time.
