Trying to keep track of my appointments

(Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment in my book)

Sometimes I forget appointments even though I have them written on my wipe-off calendar. I think that means that sometimes I’m not even looking at my calendar to see if I have any appointments. Could I be forgetting to check my calendar?
