(Chapter 22 My Writing & Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)
Because I journal a lot, I know that sometimes I am missing "chunks" of time that I can't remember. I think that journaling is a very good way for me to see on paper how I am doing. I could be having a great day with my cognition and then suddenly everything seems to go wrong. Journaling usually helps to reduce my stress. For some reason, getting my words on paper helps me to move on.
