Baking has become a challenge for me

For me, what has become challenging with the holidays is all the baking that I enjoy doing. Sometimes it can be difficult to remember whether I just put in the first or second cup of sugar. Now I use a piece of scrap paper to help me keep track of the ingredients that I'm adding. Otherwise, who knows how it would come out.

I usually won't have the tv on while I'm baking because it can be too distracting for me. That way I should be more successful with baking.
