What has helped me with my memory impairment?

(Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment in my book)

I take omega 3's twice daily for memory and heart health. My neurologist also prescribed 8 mg. galantamine twice daily for the MCI. I think that what has helped me the most is the fact that I am no longer working. I stopped working in June 2015. Since then, I have noticed much less fog. At the time that I was working, I was working two jobs, six days a week, 48.5 hours per week.
