(Chapter 11 Stress and Anxiety & Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)
In 2005 I was told by my first neurologist that if I didn’t reduce my stress that the mild cognitive impairment symptoms would become much worse. Over the years I have found this to be true.
