How do I keep track of my appointments & my volunteer schedule?

I have several calendars that I use to keep me on task. I use a wipe-off calendar that is on my refrigerator. I recently bought my first android cell phone. It already had a calendar installed, so I have been getting used to using that rather than a paper calendar in my purse. I also have the same calendar on my computer.
