Mild cognitive impairment and getting lost
I think that getting lost was one of the first symptoms that my family and I noticed. Sometimes I would get lost in familiar places.
Now I rely on a built-in navigation system in my vehicle to get me to places that I am not sure where how to get to. It cuts down on the stress of worrying about getting lost. Although sometimes I can even go the wrong way while using it.
