Do my cognitive abilities stay the same all day or does it change?

My memory impairment symptoms can change from one minute to the next and from one day to the next. I can be functioning well one minute and then suddenly the fog will roll in and everything will change until it lifts. I can have good days and bad days. I can also have good moments and some not so good moments. It is always changing.
