What do I tell someone if they ask me how I am doing?

I think that my response to this question would vary from day to day and how close I am to the person who asked me. I could tell someone that I am doing the best that I can considering how much MCI impacts my life. The closer I am to whoever is asking me this question, the more honest that I can be.
