(Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment in my book)
I was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in 2005. I usually see my neurologist once a year. He will usually ask me how I feel that I'm doing and I will let him know about any concerns that I have, such as increased fog. He will also test my short-term memory while I’m there.
