(Chapter 11 Stress and Anxiety in my book)

My first neurologist gave me the best advice. He said that I needed to find ways of reducing my stress or my MCI symptoms would be much worse. I think that what has helped me the most is when I stopped working. I was working two jobs, six days a week for a total of 48 1/2 hours per week. That was way too much for me because of the. Because I have been journaling about my symptoms for many years, I am able to go back and read memory impairment. I know that there is much less fog in my brain since I stopped working. When I was working all those hours, I was having fog just about every day and now it is much less. I am so grateful for that!
