Trying to get my new address, home and cell phone numbers into my long term memory

Living with a memory impairment means that some days I know my home phone number and my address and some days I don't. That could be because I moved two months ago. It is going to take time to get the information into my long-term memory. I also got a new cell phone number and I’m not sure if I will ever remember that number. When I lived at my other apartment for more than ten years, I knew my home phone number and my address but I hardly ever remembered my cell phone number.

I made a new contact on my cell phone and I call it "Me". It has my new address, home and cell phone number. This will help me if I need to tell someone any of my new information. That way I don't need to worry about remembering it. It lessons my stress and that is always a good thing!
