Not understanding a sticker that someone sent me on social media

(Chapter 14 Comprehension Problems in my book)

Perhaps it is me, but when someone on social media either sends me a sticker or they post a sticker, I’m not sure what it means. There are no words, so how do I comprehend this little cartoon character that is moving around?

Don’t even get me started with the moving graphics because those just drive my brain crazy! I wonder if that is because my brain doesn’t understand what I’m seeing. I wonder how many other people are having the same problem as me.
