I know that some moments and even entire days can be difficult, but I just try to find ways of dealing with this. Sometimes when I am in the fog, I will grab my music player and put on some music. The music will usually help me relax and wait for the fog to clear. Someone who has a memory impairment needs to try to focus on something that brings them joy, rather than something that frustrate them. It can be so frustrating when I forget something within a matter of seconds. Poof and it is gone! Sometimes just dealing with the symptoms from mild cognitive impairment can make me depressed.
