(Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment & Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)

For me, multitasking can be a disaster! It usually doesn't work out well. The other thing that I can't handle is multi-step verbal directions, but if it is written down, I should be okay. If someone gives me multi-step verbal directions, I'm still concentrating on the first thing they said, so there is no way that I can keep track of the second or the third thing. This just makes my head spin and stresses me out!
