What is something that has helped me with the memory impairment?

(Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)

I think that one of the things that has helped me is finding ways to reduce my stress. That could be taking a walk or listening to some music. I know that sometimes when I am in the "fog", I will get my music player and listen to music. It will help keep me calm while I wait for the "fog" to lift. I know that my first neurologist told me that too much stress would definitely increase the mild cognitive impairment symptoms. Over the years I have noticed this is true.
