Anxiety and living with a memory impairment

I know that when my memory impairment symptoms increase, my anxiety usually increases. If the fog rolls in, the anxiety can be extremely high. The memory impairment symptoms can cause my anxiety and the anxiety can cause the symptoms to happen or get worse. Sometimes it seems like such a bad cycle! At least that has been my experience since being diagnosed in 2005.
