(Chapter 3 Memory Problems in my book)

I was at a holiday party and I was telling a friend about my Mom's death. I explained to her that I only had one Christmas decoration up. I tried to search my brain for what it was. I told her that it was a holiday bear with lights on it that I found when I cleaned out my Mom's apartment. As I was telling her this, my brain was not so sure that it was a bear but that was all that I could think of. After I got home from the party, I looked for the bear and that is when I realized that it was a snowman. I think that I have been enjoying it for about two weeks. I couldn't believe that I was unable to remember that it was a snowman.
