Has my personality changed since the memory impairment entered my life?

I think that with mild cognitive impairment, I can be a little less outgoing with new people who I meet. I don't think that this was the case before MCI. I always choose who I tell about my diagnosis and who I don't tell. I always want someone to get to know "me" before they know about the memory impairment.
