I microwaved dry soup without water

(Chapter 3 Memory Problems in my book)

A few weeks ago, I was making some cup-a-soup in the microwave. I put the packet of soup mix into the mug and put it into the microwave and started it. Unfortunately, I forgot to put the water into the mug! It started smoking. It wasn't until I took it out of the microwave that I realized what I had done. The mug was ruined so I put it in the trash. I couldn't believe that I forgot to put the water into the mug! I don't think that I have made this mistake before.
