(Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)

I know that my memory impairment symptoms can change from one moment to the next and from one day to the next. If I forget something, I am hopeful that later that day I will remember it. If not, I will write down what I do remember and try again another day. I will need to remember to be kind to "me." I have to try not to blame myself because I can't remember something. I need to remember that this is not my fault and there is nothing that I can do to change this from happening.
