Fading memories of a loved one who is gone

(Chapter 3 Memory Problems in my book)

I saw this post on social media, “Memories last a lifetime.”

This was my comment: Unfortunately, if you live with a memory impairment, the memories do fade. When you feel the loss of your loved one, you want to hold onto those memories even more. With me, each day that goes by I’m losing more precious memories of my Mom who passed away six months ago. This makes me very sad but unfortunately there is nothing that I can do to prevent this from happening!
